Please tell Boris

.....To tell the emergency services that sirens at each and every hour throughout the night just isn't needed. I was in an equally grid locked New York a few months ago and noticed the lack of sirens. There a quick one or two wip wops and that would suffice. In London it would appear the boys in blue appear to only satisfied if they are completing an end run, at full tilt with two tones going all thwe way. So Boris having got very little sleep last night....please sort it out!
